Planning a visit

Preparing to meet the team

Please contact us before travelling to Parchment Court, so we can arrange a time that suits both sides. A short call or message lets us prepare what is useful to discuss.

Agree a time first

Tell us who is coming and what you would like to cover, so the right person from the team can set aside the time.

Bring your event details

Think about what you can share: the venue plan, running order, camera list or earlier footage, so we can talk specifics.

Ask about site visits

If you would prefer us to look at your venue instead, ask whether a site visit can be arranged and what it would involve.
