Live production services for stage, screen and stream

newsverto

Six services covering vision mixing, control room design, streaming, replay, technical direction and operator training, each run by people who work in the gallery every week.

Our services

Six services built around the live gallery

newsverto supplies the people and kit behind multi-camera television and streaming shows. You can book a single role, such as a vision mixer for one evening, or put several services together for a festival weekend. Each service works on its own and fits alongside your existing crew.

  1. Multi-camera vision mixing

Live switching between cameras, graphics and sources for concerts, festivals and stage shows.

  2. Control room design and setup

Planning and rigging of compact control rooms and flight cases for temporary or permanent venues.

  3. Live streaming production

End-to-end streaming of events with encoding, graphics and monitored delivery to your chosen platform.

  4. Replay and slow-motion operation

Instant replay and highlight cueing for sport, festival stages and party broadcasts.

  5. Technical direction and crew

A technical director to run talkback, cue cameras and keep the whole production on schedule.

  6. Rehearsal and operator training

Practical sessions that prepare your own team to operate a switcher and control room with confidence.

Tell us the venue, the number of cameras and the transmission time, and we will talk through which services suit the show before anything is quoted in writing.

Multi-camera vision mixing

How it runs

From first call to final transmission

Every production follows the same steps, whether it is a single stage or a multi-day festival. The aim is for the crew to arrive knowing what they are doing, so that show day is about running the programme rather than solving problems. Each step ends with something you can read and approve.

  1. Enquiry and brief

You tell us about the event, the venue, the cameras and where the pictures need to go. We ask about the crew you already have and what the audience will see, then outline which services fit.

    What you leave with

A short written summary of the show and the roles we propose.

  2. Site check and planning

Hannah plans the schedule, crew and kit, and we look at the venue's power, cabling routes and space for the gallery. Where a visit is not possible, we work from plans and photographs.

    What you leave with

A kit list, crew list and rig plan for the venue.

  3. Quotation and confirmation

We send a written quotation covering the services, crew days and kit. Once you confirm in writing, the dates are held and an invoice follows, payable by bank transfer.

    What you leave with

A written quotation and confirmation of the booking.

  4. Rig and rehearsal

The control room is built on site, signals are tested and the cameras are checked against the running order. A rehearsal lets the director, mixer and operators settle the shots before the audience arrives.

    What you leave with

A tested gallery and a cue sheet agreed with your team.

  5. Live show and handover

We run the show to the agreed schedule, monitoring every output until transmission ends. Afterwards the kit is derigged and we note anything worth changing for next time.

    What you leave with

A completed transmission and brief notes for your records.
